SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During high-volume drops, processing can take up to 3 business days.

Delivery estimates

Regular Shipping: $25 under $150; free at $150 or more. Estimated delivery in 12-15 business days.
Fast Shipping: $50, estimated delivery in 5-7 business days.

Delivery estimates begin after the package is handed to the carrier and do not include processing time.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent to the email used at checkout as soon as a label is created. You can also check your order on the tracking page.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address. Contact support as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected before fulfillment.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, wait 48 hours and check with the carrier or building office. If it still has not arrived, contact support with your order number so we can help open a carrier claim.

International shipping

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country.
