The short version
Every purchase from StockVaultJ is final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds for sizing, fit, color preference, or a change of mind.
1. Review your order before payment
Please confirm the item, size, color, quantity, and shipping address before completing checkout. Once an order is submitted, it is considered final.
2. Cancellations and order changes
Orders begin processing quickly. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after an order has been placed.
3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email support@thevaultjl.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved issues are handled case by case and do not create a general right to return or exchange an item.
4. Lost in transit
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, wait 48 hours, then email us with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and help investigate the delivery.
5. Rights required by law
This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
